Our marketing program includes the provision of a free daily rental list available 24 hours a day, expert leasing agents accessible seven days a week to track all marketing calls and for showing the property, and professional "on property" signs. We also provide flyers for distribution and an online presentation on our website for each property vacancy.

Rental Income Control

We work to assure control over rental income by doing a thorough market analysis to obtain optimum rent, through the announcements included in leases of three day notices and late fees for late rents, and by overseeing unlawful detainers through evictions.

We confirm the history of the potential tenant through running a credit check, an unlawful detainer or eviction history check, in addition to investigating whether there is a criminal record.
