Once you have contacted Exit Martin to sell your home or business, one of our sales associates will be assigned to you to guide you through the selling process from start to finish. In preparation for your appointment with our associate, he or she will do a property analysis by researching the MLS database, or commercial databases, to find comparative listings and we will preview those comparative properties first hand. We will also check the area to see if there are any homes for sale by owners, obtain the latest property tax information, research the history of the property and drive by the house or business and into the immediate neighborhood.
Exit Martin will then present to you a marketing plan customized for selling your property, and from that point, orchestrate an aggressive marketing and advertising campaign using both traditional and state-of-the-art technological methods for promotion.
