Born and raised in Daytona Beach, Robert has had the pleasure of living here his entire life. In addition to having deep roots in Volusia County, as President of Martin Daytona Corporation, a diversified investment company which is more than 50 years old, he has over 30 years’ of experience in real estate investment, construction and land development. As a licensed Florida Certified General Contractor, Robert has presided over prosperous and highly regarded companies that have built the city’s infrastructure, including its highways, bridges, sewer and water systems and has personally invested in the area’s growth as a general partner in the development of the oceanfront Marriott Hotel (now the Hilton) in Daytona Beach, as well as many other subdivisions, homes and condominiums.
Robert earned his Masters of Business Administration from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business and a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking and Finance from the University of Florida. He currently serves on the local board of Directors for SunTrust Bank and has served as Chairman of the Board of the Greater Daytona Area Chamber of Commerce, President of United Way and numerous other community associations and activities.

Originally from Montreal, Phyllis is an accounting professional with over 25 years of accounting management experience. As Controller for Exit Martin she performs functions such as generating and analyzing financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, debt compliance reporting, cash management and acquisition analysis. Phyllis is proficient in MS Office, is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and provides valuable staff support for broker Robert Martin and team associates.

April Gleason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to EXIT Martin. Her areas of specialty include but are not limited to property management, residential sales and business development.
As a member of the United States Military for 9 years Sergeant Gleason received numerous awards and recognitions for academics, fitness and her service to our country. Her awards for academics include All Florida Academic Team, American Scholar Award and various community service awards in addition to a semester abroad at Cambridge.
After these achievements, April went on to become Director Of Marketing & Advertising for a commercial real estate firm in Daytona Beach, coordinating marketing efforts for 3 offices with a sales volume in excess of $200,000,000. Under her guidance, organization, and direction, the marketing volume of the company was increased by 150%.
April then directed the property management division of another Daytona Beach area firm and tripled their inventory. In addition to her significant position here at EXIT Martin, she owns and operates a vacation rental company.

Carl Vasile has been a resident of Volusia county for most of his life. A graduate of Spruce Creek High School, Carl's innate business sense enabled him to form his first company at the age of just 18.
